Expected Behavior:
When setting the left trackpad to the scroll wheel setting, and setting the clockwise/counterclockwise directions to scroll opposite directions, performing a clockwise motion should result in a consistent scroll, and vise versa with the other direction.
Actual Behavior:
Trackpad stops detecting motion near the bottom and the top, and subsequently the scroll direction inverses whenever this occurs, making this configuration impossible to scroll with. This configuration works properly on various applications in desktop mode.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Launch game via steam client, not in desktop mode.
Set Left Trackpad to the scroll option, and set clockwise/counterclockwise motion to opposite scroll directions, as expected.
Attempt to scroll through a menu in the launched game using the above settings, producing the error.
