after turning RT3 on, i could and can not play flatpack games with my steam deck, in desktop mode, the controller will just not work, it uses, (i think) the desktop binds, for when not in a game, and also it does it in gaming mode too. i tried multiple, i tried a racing game, and open world game, and a 2d platformer game, so it's not a game specific issue, also i'm on steamos 3.9, just some more info.
