Is this another issue, or part of the same issue? As in premature loading of the UI?

I have Animations set to "Instantaneous" on System Settings.

Same issue, but not specific to RT3 client for me.
RTX 2060 as well as rx 9070.
RT3, Beta, and stable version

I believe this is an Xwayland issue. X11 Session doesn't seem to have this issue.
