Hello @Leandro45640, your first and last suggestion should be made on the SteamOS issue tracker with empirical data backing that your suggestion makes a significant improvement.
For the second suggestion, Steam's game mode used with SteamOS comes with a set of platform integration assumptions that can't be expected from all systems. Full integration is something that cross-platform Steam developers would need to evaluate in a non-public setting and that's not really open to public debate.

1 - zram with the same size as the RAM, maximum compression, zstd, both by default.
2 - Integrate game mode into Steam in desktop mode, replacing Steam's big picture mode in desktop mode.
For better integration, efficiency, and to avoid two distinct big pictures.
And more agility in switching between desktop mode and game mode.
