Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Steam picks the wrong GPU when gathering system information. It uses my integrated graphics as the GPU instead of discrete graphics card. This leads to displaying incorrect system information when attaching PC specs to game reviews. Steam correctly uses the discrete GPU when actually playing games so there isn't a problem there.

Basically it's detecting my iGPU (Radeon 780m)as the graphics card used when it should be detecting the discrete GPU ( Radeon 7700s) for the purposes of system information/ hardware surveys/ pc specs for reviews.
