The shortcuts shown on the deck are wrong. Add timeline marker overlaps with the shutdown controller binding. Take Screenshot and Toggle Magnifier shortcuts do nothing and Guide+up and down don't control brightness, but volume.
I've tested this on my PC running in standalone mode and the bindings show correctly there.
