I have 2 monitors: a 1920x1080 (main) one and a 1600x900 one and my monitor layout is 1080p on left and 900p on right top. When I click on friends tab it opens a bit higher matching its height with the secondary monitor. If I turn off my secondary monitor and reopen the friends tab again, it opens on the right position. Also I tried moving my secondary monitor to the left of the main monitor, this time it pops up near the bottom right of the secondary monitor (while still being on the main monitor). Also noticed that while opening Steam, the opening window centers itself counting the secondary monitor and it pops up a bit higher, maybe because of the same issue.
