I'm having the exact same issue on Wayland. At first I thought this was related to #9422 but now I think not.

  • OS: Arch Linux
  • Updates installed: yes
  • DE: GNOME/Wayland
  • GPU: NVIDIA 2070 SUPER
  • Drivers: nvidia-open

Behavior exactly as shown in the video.
