Some kind of media does not play in steam overlay 's web browser

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Launch a game (for eg: dota2, fullscreen)
2. Open Overlay (default is shit+tab)
3. Open browser
4. Open for exemple this url https://imgur.com/gallery/you-wouldnt-3d-print-Xd7UxTc#/t/rickroll
5. empty space at the area of the video (webm/mp4 mostly), you use → to scroll others videos and see same
6. You can't play video memes in steam overlay, really hard time during matchmaking queues !
7. Weird, video on youtube can play (for ex this one)
