Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

1. Delayed input on the face buttons.
2. UI feels slow.
3. Analogue lights flash. I set it to solid under customization but it resets randomly and reverts to a a blue colour even though I set it to purple.
4. I tried rebooting. Detaching and reconnecting the controllers physically. Force updating controller firmware but nothing seems to work.

Steps for reproducing this issue:
