Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

The controller's A button does not work in games. The A button does work outside games, and can be seen working in the Big Picture controller test.

EDIT: This seems to be limited to some games, others work as expected.

• Any Wayland-native Linux game

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Run Steam's controller test (big picture mode). Observe all inputs working as expected
2. Launch a game.
3. Observe all inputs, EXCEPT the A button, work. The A button does not work under any circumstance.
