I start the game and it works but after being in the game for some time. I cannot see newly connected players profile pictures or in CS2 check their mini profile to see their pins or collectables. In TF2 same thing happens too and i cant change loadouts. I also do not receive steam messages. After shutting down the game it stays on even though it is not running in taskmanager. Going in to offline mode and back online fixes it and i can see all the messages i received. This started randomly some time ago so i think its bug rather than hardware issue because everything else works fine. Even other games like Valheim. The issue is only on Valve's servers.

Steps for reproducing this issue:
