Problem is solved right now using Chatpgpt for troubleshooting.
Turned out that I need to remove the systempak and install the flatpak.
sudo apt remove steam
flatpak install flathub com.valvesoftware.Steam
flatpak run com.valvesoftware.Steam
It also removed the games, but now it works just fine.
