Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Moving the right stick on the controller moves the mouse cursor*. This interferes with a lot of things, so I want to turn it off, but I can't find an option to do that. Tried both stable and beta Steam

(The right touchpad also moves the mouse cursor. That's not an issue, but I'd like to be able to turn that off too)

[* and everything else does something too, the mouse was just the most obvious]

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Run Steam
  2. Connect Steam controller
  3. Move the right stick

I realized you can configure this in the Steam Input settings for desktop (it was a bit hidden), so you can close this. I don't think it's a good default for normal desktops though.

Oh, you can change action sets to gamepad only mode by long pressing the burger button. That's pretty important to know

Long pressing the burger button does nothing in my unit. It is even more frustrating as the permission popup can show up mid game even if I remove the "Desktop" action set completely in Steam Input in Desktop Layout and unbound controller's buttons, trackpads etc. from OS functions.

Nothing extracted yet.
