Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I originally thought that this issue was due to the system waking from sleep,
but I have since noticed that the issue is more that steam has trouble injecting the Xbox 360 profile into the game.

It takes around 2-3 minutes of me pressing almost every button on the controller until it
gets recognized as something different rather than mouse and keyboard.

During those 2-3 minutes I also can't turn off the controller at all.
Pressing or even holding Steam + Y does absolutely nothing.

There's nothing really that points to what the issue is in journalctl.
The only thing I've found is this:

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Suspend System
2. Controller will not work on system resume (non-steam input games)
