Steam client will freeze for a couple of seconds on every startup when typing in any text box. It can go from 3 seconds to 30 seconds or even more. I've tried disabling GPU Acceleration and every other fix I've managed to find.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open Steam
2. Type anything in any text box inside the client
3. Client freezes for a random amount of seconds
