The ability to interact with a block of buttons is omitted from the game menu
Steps for reproducing this issue:
go into desktop mode and exit it in game mode or restart steam(Be sure not to reboot the device completely)
go to the navigation menu of the game
using arrows or sticks to interact with the game menu, the play buttons, the joystick settings button or the application settings button will be unavailable (navigation will skip this block)
