Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I expect the keyboard to pop up when I press Steam+ X, no matter what. However, if I'm in a non-steam game. The keyboard will no longer work if the Steam Deck happens to go to sleep. It will work the first time I load up the non steam game. But if the deck goes to sleep, it no longer shows. I have to either a) use the quick access menu, or b) exit the non steam game and return to it.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Add a browser to steam via desktop
2. Open the browser on the SteamOS side
3. Press Steam + X (keyboard shows up)
4. Put the deck to sleep
5. Wake the deck and go back to browser
6. Press Steam + X (nothing happens)
7. Press Quick Access
8. Go down to keyboard and press it to launch keyboard
