Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
When viewing the Downloads list, there should be a "hamburger icon" in the middle of each download row, allowing me to either change the order that things should be downloaded or move items from "Scheduled Downloads" to "Up Next".
For about a month now (since like version 3.8.12), the option has disappeared. The only thing I have is the "download now" icon, which will move it to the top of the queue. I'd like to get back the ability to queue downloads without kicking-out the one that is currently running.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Have pending game updates
Try to move them to "Up Next"
or
Add a couple games to your Downloads list
Try to change the order, take the last one and try to make it second download
