When the Steam Deck asks if you want to "Continue downloading a game", it doesn't consider system updates as downloads. With a short enough download this can lead to the system update hanging because they game download put the Deck to sleep while the system was updating
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Download a small game
Update the Deck
Put the Deck in the screen off download mode
Result
The update hangs
Expected
The update should finish before the deck goes to sleep
