The group's chatroom https://steamcommunity.com/groups/GTA_Online_Linux :"NOTIFY ME FOR: Every message" but it worked not: someone posted a message but I was not notified, no greened bell.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Start Steam
2. No notification (greened bell) although someone posted a message in the group's chatroom
