When selecting a Proton version, versions 10 and 11 appear on the bottom of the list, and version 9 at the top (you don't even get to see the 10 and 11 versions if you don't scroll on the menu). This makes it look like version 9 is the most recent of all, and causes some games not to work for users who wrongly believe that they're using the most advanced compatibility tool.

This is probably because the versions are ordered lexicographically rather than numerically, so that version 11 is considered to be between 1 and 2. Same with version 4.11 appearing below 4.2 for example.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open the library
2. Right click on a game
3. Open Properties...
4. Open Compatibility
5. Select Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool
6. Open the menu and check how the items are ordered
