Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. When I try to launch Steam, I get this error message : could not load module 'vgui2_s.so' : For more information visit https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9205-OZVN-0660
2. I've already tried deleting and reinstalling Steam.
