No gpu usage being shown with NVK Mesa drivers in use

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Use NVK in mesa not prop nvidia drivers
  2. Enable steam fps overlay with gpu usage shown
  3. Notice gpu usage shows 0%

This is a kernel driver missing functionality to provide this.

Is that the same? I have my intergrated gpu disabled on the bios level.
