when adding a game to download, it replaces current downloading game
this is not always the correct method,
for example on a new install you want to start 30-60 games downloading They are all going to start & downloads bits and stop, which interrupt the game you really want to download which is often the first.
Wanted behavior
Option 1: Toggle in settings -> Downloads -> toggle -> Add new Downloads to bottom of queue
OR
Option 2: Add Menu Item as sub-menu "install" -> Add to download queue
