The right trackpad and joystick, when the controller is in desktop or gamepad mode, will skip after some movement, regardless of where the finger is on the trackpad. When steam is completely exited, the skipping does not occur. I have also noticed that in the KDE Plasma controller settings menu, the axes value for both joysticks does not stay at zero, and flickers between -.004 and .007.
Unsure if related, but there's occasional hangs on button presses, where if you hold down say, the X button, it will act as though it is completely pressed until another button is clicked.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Open Steam and turn on Steam Controller
Move the right joystick or trackpad until the cursor skips
In-game, click a button until it eventually repeats the action without being pressed.
