You probably want to watch this thread: http://steamcommunity.com/app/221410/discussions/2/864958088214852634/. Whether the bot are allowed or not I can't say, but you might want to contact whoever's maintaining it at the moment.
Podbots are not the same as CZbots/zbots, cause you have to make your own waypoints - paths for bots. But in zbots they are created automatically by reading the map.
But still unofficial and not supported by Valve right?
Zbots were made by valve, I suppose. For Condition-Zero, as it's almost the same game as CS 1.6, bots works on there too.
Condition Zero is the product that adds bots to CS, you need to use that product. It will be made available on linux soon.
