so my PC Crashes (the monitor just goes black, but power stays on) when i close or restart (because of settings changes) cs 1.6. I dont really know how to debug this error and in the event log is nothing that would help.

You should check for updates video drivers. There is nothing an application can do that should be able to hang your machine, if it can then you have bad drivers or hardware.
