[CS1.6] issue when spectating someone and pressing CTRL

Hi, everyone, i found an issue on CS1.6 Linux, when i go to spectating someone, and when i press CTRL, it show the panel for choosing spectating mode, after that, when i press again CTRL, the panel is stuck with the game and the only way to remove it is pressing Esc and back again into game, and it's showing the cursor for choosing.
and there's some symbols missed like this :

@alfred-valve Now it's work only with CTRL Not with RCTRL and there's small tires around option choices for Spectating mode like this :
