Can confirm. Arch Linux x86_64, KDE 4.10, NVIDIA 304.64 ( running it on an old laptop with 6000 series)
I don't think system information will help with this issue, but here it is:
I first got an error about the network manager, and it seems to complain about something "proxy" related, so I installed the damn thing (not that I need or want it) but that obviously didn't help.
Same for me: Arch 64
