Have you got this dump somewhere in database? I can enclose if no.

Yes this dump is in our database. Thanks for submitting.

Crash is in Steam. Looks like our pipe code has an assert and when it tries to generate a minidump, it crashes.

I think this needs to be tracked here.

Ddolohow 2013-02-27 github

Me too, I checked recently and bug is still

Bbdeen-valve maintainer 2013-02-27 github

@dolohow Can you give me the CrashID you're getting? It should be in the console output. I want to reconfirm where the problem is.

Ddolohow 2013-02-27 github

@bdeen-valve I gave you CrashID in the first post.

Bbdeen-valve maintainer 2013-02-27 github

@dolohow - yes, but they're only available to us for 5 days. I wanted to relook at this one. If you have a newer one, then that'd be great.

I can't reproduce it anymore

I have similar problem: crash (or sometimes freeze) after connecting to the server, on the MOTD screen

@bdeen-valve I'm experiencing this on Linux. I have CrashID=bp-2f55a939-2716-4b4e-a9b5-1587f2130328 if it helps

Bbdeen-valve maintainer 2013-03-28 github

@Arogers19 - your call stack says you're crashing in the nVidia 313.26 driver.

AArogers19 2013-03-28 github

@bdeen-valve disabling nvidia and running integrated cpu just shows a grey screen and I never reach the menu screen. Also, while on nvidia this only occurs most of the time (I actually might get into a server if i try enough times). I've also never experienced this in the TF2 Beta... Also something I noticed last night is that on any game session that does not force close upon joining the server, I have no issues joining other servers as long as I do not quit the game, however I am unable to connect to the Items Server. I have no issues with the Items Server before joining a crashing game server
