[Steam Client] cannot start after last updated, on big picture mode

I just got some error, after last updated steam client

i have a lot of missing files

Do you have an ATI card, by chance? If so and you're using the latest ATI drivers, can you try falling back to the 12.10 ATI drivers and tell me if that works?

@davidw-valve: Yes i'm using the latest ATI driver, that’s recommended from steam client it self. Right now i'm try roll back to 12.10 but ..... i failed to boot up. I am currently trying to fix it. Maybe after everything is back good I will try your solution. I'll be in touch as soon as possible..

Okay. This is a bug in the ATI driver. We have informed ATI of the issue and we hope they will resolve it soon.
