I just updated to todays version of the Mac build of the HL1/CS1.6 beta and noticed that very few servers are available. As you can see, only 5 servers are coming up when the same filters yesterday would show 100+ servers.
You're in the history tab in that screenshot, switch to internet and see if more come up :P
