Hello Lovely Steam People

i played counter strike for serveral years in

opengl 32bit fps_max 101 and i used in the launch options "-freq 100" so fps_max and freq are the same for better game feeling

now the launch option command doesnt work anymore?
or can i change the refreshrate of the game elsewhere?

Make sure you turn off vsync (gl_vsync 0). -freq was a d3d thing which is not supported by the current build.

gl_vsync doesnt change the refresh rate of my display

i used it 100% with opengl !

that is correct, we will not change the refresh rate of your display.

before that me and many friends used this to change the display refreshrate for the game, how can we do that now? :)

now i must change the desktopresultion from 1920x1080@120hz to 640x480@100hz ; so it matches my ingame resulution, then i can start the game; after the game i change my desktop resultion back; -freq was defenetly easier ; thanks
