When starting Counterstrike Source the screen flickers violently. It first starts when the valve logo is being displayed, it stops once the counterstrike screen comes up while it displays 'loading" in the bottom right corner. The flickering returns after CS screen is done loading and the menu appears. Once the game starts the flickering almost completely stops. It also seem to stop or be greatly reduced when the servers box comes up. Below is my system info.
