[HL1/CS] Console closing itself after last update

On both Windows and Linux, after the latest update, some characters cause the console to close itself when typed.
Example:
I'm trying to change fps_max, as soon as I hold my underscore key, the console closes.
It seem to happen with any of these keys:
&é"'(-è_çà)=^$ù*

I'm using an AZERTY keyboard

Same for me on a QWERTZ Keyboard. Pressing them again does not bring the console back up (so they definitely are not bound to 'toggleconsole').
