It's not really something that is terribly important, but it seems a dead guys foot is poking through the roof on gg_simpsons_arena_iii:

the guy died above this underground part, this is a local self made server. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the map, or the game but I thought I would mention it. Here's the view from the top:

This is how the Source collision stuff works. Lots of poke through issues. Map authors can make floors thicker to prevent some of these kinds of things.
