I try to connect to this server, and it gives me a file read failure, then my CS closes/crashes

I cannot reproduce the problem, I can connect to that server just fine. Note that it looks like a hacked server and it only running bots, so god knows what code it is actually running.

that's weird, it wasn't showing any bots in the bots tab.

It does seem to work now, so it might have been the map that was crashing my counter strike?

Could be, if you can find out how to reproduce it please update this bug and reopen it.
