At the time when you start the game and go to the menu item "Find Server". opens the tab "Internet" and the search start immediately. I propose to ask before it begins its search.
Having to press an extra button when you asked for the dialog to show seems like a worse experience.
but... I do have to press an extra button. it doesn't work for me until i press "refresh all"
