Problem is easy.
At Windows when I'm at Steam option set Polish language, and I'm run TF2/CS:S (in games options are marked English language) those games is in Polish.
At Linux when I'm at Steam option set Polish language, and I'm run TF2/CS:S ( games marked = English) those games ARE NOT in Polish, are in English.
Proposal: Valve should add 1 (or more) language(s) more in game settings in bookmark "Languages".
