There's another issue, which I can't find right now, which mentions the same issue. There's something where exactly the right combination of window size and text causes cyclical enable/disable of the scroll bar, but we can't repro it here. If you have guaranteed repro steps please post them.

Yeah alright. Tried it again and it wasn't happening, so it must be a really minuscule chance that this happens.
