Before one of the recent updates (I think it was that one: http://steamcommunity.com/games/70/announcements/detail/1028214575769792388 ), i played HL and TFC extensively without problems with fps_max 250 (with even more stable fps than on Windows!), but now I am experiencing low gravity with fps set higher than 60. At 100 fps the effect is less distinctive, but still noticable.
This guy seemed to have the same problem: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-for-linux/issues/1678
But in my case only limiting the fps to 60 fixed it for me.
I also tried the gl_ztrick 1 command, it fixes the issue as well, but afterwards I am getting insufferable fast moving black bars moving upwards on the screen.
fps used to be clamped to 100 (in code), that was clamp was removed. I am adding it back in the next update, but also fixing the underlying bug that caused this floating.
