I launched steam, and it updated, I tried to launch it again, and it gave me a fatal error, saying "Steam failed to load '*SteamStartEngine(0xff87ca60) failed with error 1: A Steam Engine Instance already exists." How do I fix this?

Maybe, more specifically what happens, is that it updates, and then just closes out completley.
