[Hl1/Mods] Green Screen when starting up in full screen

The game starts up with a green screen when attempting to use any resolution that is not NATIVE.

This is happening to a couple of people I know as well as me.

For example I can't use 1280x720, 1440x900x 1680x1050 and every other resolution EXCEPT 1920x1080 which is my native resolution.
