The "X new updates" text on the upper left expands on mouseover with 1 word per line then switches to 1 long line.

Additionally, the mouse can be placed in such a way that it causes the text to expand from the notification icon, then collapse back down to the icon as soon as it changes to a single line in a loop. It looks like the mouse has to be in the taller text area but out of the wider text area once the size changes.
