[steam community] formatting help opens twice

Hi, when writing a guide, you have the button "formatting help" (next to insert youtube vid).
When pressing that button, it opens the formatting help window twice.

yes, in the steam client. I can confirm it does not happen in Firefox or Chrome

Same behavior in Windows so this isn't a client issue. Looks like CEF is navigating to the link twice, I don't see any obvious problems in our handling.
