You should report this issue to the game developers.
I have craploads of textures missing - mostly ground textures. They are replaced by the solid pale green-ish colour. Just got the game. It's really fun but it really, really brings it down on some maps (most of them, that is).
Hi Evropi, Thanks for helping make this issue known. I've found a better place to report it, however. You can help by weighing in at any of the following threads, on the official Killing Floor forum.

Happy zombie killing!

This is an issue I've experienced with Killing Floor ever since I got it (about one month ago). While it does not render the game unplayable, it seems this is not the way the light/environment is supposed to display.
The issue is that areas absent of much light render as completely black. For example, being underground or in a stairwell where there is no candle or overhead light, it will be pitch black and impossible to navigate (see first photo).
I will often use the flashlight in such areas. However, in these pitch black places, the flashlight renders as a monotone square of light (see second photo). Yet it renders normally on surfaces that already have light from another source.
Sometimes certain characters or weapons render as pitch black too. However, this is not as easily reproducible. The dark parts of maps, on the other hand, render this way consistently.
