The Humble Indie Bundle 7 reminded me that there's Steam codes, so I got my code and add it, and was then prompted to install all of the games. I clicked yes and then got an error message for Gish (presumably because the Linux version isn't on Steam yet).
When codes are entered, it should only prompt you to install games that can be installed on your platform.
This also happened with Zen Bound (I remembered to take a screenshot this time).
