A video would be very useful, could you also provide your system details as requested.
That's most likely just the basic "We've come up empty" message when you have an empty game list. I think you're just seeing a delay in loading your game info.

When loading Steam, I can see a flicker of the words "We've cc" (I think) in My Games list before it loads my Linux Games. I could possibly do a video to show if needed.
