In the last update steam64 was renamed to steam-launcher. The problem is, that one can't update steam via the update manager, since steam64 won't get deinstalled, but needs steam:i386 in the older version. The user needs to reinstall steam completely to get the update.
It would be better, to upload a new version of steam64, which doesn't have any contents, but steam-loader as a requirement. So the update will be no problem.
